STEVE TEAL: A wrongful death case is really not unlike other injury cases. Of course, the major difference is that you do not have the individual who was injured, harmed, alive.
So in a wrongful death case, we have to develop who that individual was, what value they had to the family, both economically and in a sense of love, affection that they brought to the family.
So we’ve had to really get involved with the family, the family has depended on us through a time of crisis. So we work very closely with the family and have had great relationships with individuals that we’ve represented in wrongful death cases.
