Thomas Q. Winter spent 25 years in the medical field before deciding to expand into law. He graduated in 1967 from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine with his Doctor of Medicine. After medical school, Mr. Winter went through surgical training for four years and was certified by The American Board of Radiology.
In 1990, Mr. Winter graduated from Empire College School of Law and represented doctors and health care providers in medical malpractice matters. When he came to Teal & Montgomery, Mr. Winter switched his focus over to representing victims of medical errors and surgical mistakes, as well as other personal injury accidents.
